Registration and Sign-in
The Sign-in Screen
When you open the app for the first time, you'll see the sign-in screen. The application uses Firebase Authentication to manage accounts securely.
Create a New Account
If this is your first time using the app, you need to register:
- 1 Click "Sign up"
Link below the login form
- 2 Enter your email
Use a valid email you have access to
- 3 Create a strong password
Minimum 6 characters. We recommend including numbers and symbols
- 4 Confirm the password
Type it again to verify
- ✓ Click "Create Account"
Your account will be created and you'll be signed in automatically
Sign in
If you already have an account:
- Enter your email
- Enter your password
- Click "Sign in"
💡 Stay Signed in
The app remembers your session. You don't need to sign in every time you open the app. Your session stays active even after closing the browser.
Forgot Your Password?
If you don't remember your password:
- Click "Forgot your password?"
- Enter your registered email
- Check your inbox (and spam folder)
- Follow the link to create a new password
Your Data Is Safe
The application uses Google's Firebase for authentication and data storage:
- ✅ HTTPS encryption on all communications
- ✅ Passwords are hashed (never stored in plain text)
- ✅ Your studies are private (only you can see them)
- ✅ Data hosted on Google servers (high availability)
Sign out
To end your session:
- Open the settings menu (gear icon in the header)
- Click "Sign out"
- Confirm the action
This is useful if you share the device with other people or if you want to switch accounts.
⚠️ Important
Signing out does not delete your data. Your studies remain saved in the cloud and will be available the next time you sign in.
