Getting to Know the Interface
App Overview
The application has a simple and clear structure. Let's review each element:
1. The Sidebar (Main Navigation)
On the left side you'll find the main menu to navigate the app:
- Dashboard: Your overview of statistics and activity (the initial screen).
- Studies: Complete listing of your sampling projects.
- Settings: Language, theme and data management options.
2. The Dashboard
This is your command centre. Here you'll see a global view of all your work without entering individual studies:

The dashboard is split into four key sections:
- Global Metrics: Summary of active studies, observations and stations.
- Recent Studies: Quick access to your latest 3 projects with their current progress.
- Recent Activity: A history of the latest observations recorded.
- Activity Distribution: Pie chart showing Productive vs Non-productive time in aggregate form.
3. Studies List
In the "Studies" section you'll see all your projects organised as cards:

Each card lets you view the date range, the status and access the details by clicking on it. It also includes quick action buttons to Share, Edit or Delete.
4. Inside a Study
When you enter a study, the interface is divided into tabs to organise the workflow:

| Overview | Study metrics, detailed progress and quick access to record data. |
| Configuration | Manage stations, tasks, workers and time categories. |
| Plan | Random routes calendar and notifications management. |
| Report | Statistical analysis, distribution charts and Excel export. |
5. The Header
Always available at the top for quick settings:

| ☀️ / 🌙 | Toggle between light and dark mode. |
| 🌐 | Change the platform language (ES/EN). |
| 🔔 | Push notifications status in the browser. |
6. Mobile Interface and PWA
The application is a PWA (Progressive Web App), which means that on mobile devices:
- The menu is hidden in a slide-out side menu.
- Controls are optimised for touch use.
- Works without an internet connection once installed.
