Why Export?
The Excel file lets you:
- Present results to management
- Archive the study for future reference
- Further analyse with pivot tables
- Integrate with other reporting systems
How to Export
- Go to the "Report" tab of your study
- Click the "Export to Excel" button ๐ฅ
- The file downloads automatically
Contents of the Excel File
The file includes multiple sheets with all the information of the study:

- โข Key statistics (number of stations, average obs.)

- โข Statistical validation by work station
- โข Initial vs actual sample size

๐ก Note about Standard Time
The Standard Time sheet is only included if you calculated the standard time before exporting. Values are exported in the time unit you selected in the calculation form (hours, minutes, seconds, cmin, mmin, or dmh), and include Cycles / Hour.
File Name
The file is named automatically with the format:
Sampling_[Study-Name]_[Date].xlsx
Example: Sampling_Production-Line-A_2025-01-31.xlsx
Visual Format
The Excel file includes professional formatting:
- โ Cells with colours by category (green, yellow, red)
- โ Formatted borders and headers
- โ Columns with adjusted width
- โ Compatible with Excel, LibreOffice, and Google Sheets
Other Export Options
In addition to Excel, you can:

Export regularly during the study to keep backups. You can generate the Excel as many times as you want - it will always reflect the current data.
